This is the UK Masters two day very big event....I am inviting teams from the South, the Midlands, the North from Ireland and Europe....everyone across the globe will know about it, if you have ever played a Shoot The Rainbow event you will know that it is the best of the UK Masters events with plenty for everyone to do, starting from the Friday night right thru till Sunday.

The location of this awesome event is Barn Farm at Matlock in the Peak District...it is a dedicated camp site with on site accommodation to suit every budget whether it be the cool apartment for two to the apartments that sleep up to 16 people, I have negotiated a discounted price for those that would prefer to camp. On the site are a large number of modern shower facilities, sauna, toilet blocks, games room, and laundry room. If you would like to book an apartment or a camping/caravanning pitch then contact Barn Farm direct (tell them you are coming to the paintball tournament) their telephone number is 01629 650245.
If neither of these appeals to you then just 10 minutes away is Matlock which has a large number of hotels and bed and breakfast accommodation, or you could just sleep in your vehicle....hey we have all done it...

Being in the peak district the area provides so many different outdoor activities please don't hesitate to bring your families they will not be bored, make sure you do a google search of Matlock and or the Peak District and I am sure you will see what I mean....

We will be running 2 fields, one as per the Millennium Paris field, one as per the World cup.

I have chosen to run the Ultra Lite (Race to 2) format and standard 5 man, with self seeding on the Saturday and ranked divisions on the Sunday.

The entry fee for all formats will be £450 per team, if your team has played 6 events then you will automatically receive a £50 discount, if your team has played the full series then you will receive a £100 discount.

Bookings will be taken from the 1st July as i will be realising information on what other things we have in store from the Friday night all the way thru to the Sunday finals, which is why Shoot The Rainbow has always been the best of the UK Masters. To book your team into Shoot The Rainbow, call me on 07849 108 947 or thru my facebook account or via the UK Masters forum that can be found at ....www.uk-masters.co.uk

So watch this space closely and look for new information being released ....DO NOT MISS THIS EVENT....
WHATS HAPPENING FROM FRIDAY TO SUNDAY......

Friday afternoon we will be running a one on one competition £1.00 a go with all monies going to our chosen charity this year, the winner will get a prize.

Friday night I have arranged for a live rock band INFERNO to fill your night with entertainment, thanks to the Druid Inn who will provide an on site bar with a mixture of draught ales and your usual favourites, The Druid Inn are cooking up a hog roast to fill our bellies too...You will not be permitted to bring your own booze to the barn out of courtesy to them for all they will be doing for us.

SaturDAYS entertainments include free face painting, free bouncy castle and jousting poles for adults and kids, for your eating needs we have a chicken burgers, kebabs plus the usual paintball diet of burgers and sausages.

Saturday’s paintballing is self seeding, prior to the event I will use the snake ranking system to determine groups, then you will be re-seeded for your division on the Saturday night after all games have been played and a new schedule given to you Saturday night.

Saturday night is going to be rockin', kick ass, I will be presenting the end of series trophies to all successful teams from the Southern Masters and the Midland Masters. Followed by the charity auction, just to whet your appetites here are some of the items up for auction some signed Fat Ladies Charms goodies, a signed Russian Legion poster, a signed London Nexus jersey and much much more. The Druids will have made hot pub grub for us all at a cost of £7.50, those of us that had the food last year it was amazing and their was so much of it, their bar will also be up and running for us to start the heavy drinking, BUT THATS NOT ALL we have organised a disco to finish us and the night off.
Last year was brilliant if you don’t believe me ask the teams that attended as they are all coming back and more so don’t delay get your apartment booked, or get your pitch booked. I will be camping on site to soak up the atmosphere and meet and greet you all.
AND IT DOESN’T STOP THERE.....

Sunday.....what more paintball, damn it yes, lots more ball, teams have been re-seeded and our now in their divisions, once all games have finished we will have the Shoot The Rainbow trophy ceremony with prizes for first to third as usual , but make sure you stay behind and support the victorious teams then you have a chance to win the free raffle for sweeties and things. .

I can’t wait to see you all there and hopefully we will see some new teams too, spread the word I promise this is going to be better than last year, I am really excited, so much to do so little time....

Now then Wendy, It is as Dex says, we are going to play Race to 2. It would not be fair to have Durham DV8 and Evolution not play us in STR. Besides we are still on for the double and then on to world domination hahahahahahaha

See you all on Sunday

Now then Dog Boy, I spoke to the team and we all agreed that it would not be fair to stop you trying to win STR 5 man and get the double like we did last year, if we did that the RSPCA would be all over us for cruelty to animals. We still might get to play last game of the season. See you Sunday, laters Westy
