if you want to cut it right down to the basics, the DM10 is more of an ion than an NT10 is...

Having examined the thing closely inside and out I can confirm that yes, it is an ion, but without all the cool features and stellar build quality of that marker. I couldn't find any hoses ${L_SMILIES_ROLLING_EYES}$ and the bolt can just come out of the back of the gun instead of being securely held in place by twenty minutes of stripping time.
